Another ‘West Town’ winner in my books [no pun intended - as it is does occupy the old 27th Ward Library]! … It is a great friendly neighborhood stop, with rustic decor that has refined character. Branch 27 has been around for almost 18 months, and we have watched it evolve into a solid casual dining locale. We enjoy grabbing dinner at the bar, however there really isn’t a bad seat in the house, the tables and booths are comfortable, and the glass atrium is a perfect perch for fall days. I wouldn’t exactly say this spot is a bargain BUT it is quality and inventive food served up to provide value for money! Oh! And did I mention the beer list and cocktails – lots of excellent choices here too ….. Hope to see you at the bar one casual evening soon!
