90 Miles Cuban Cafe has by our vote the best empanadas in town, and in order of preference go for the: Shrimp, Spinach, Goat Cheese, and Chicken. They are all made from crispy flaky pastry that wraps up delicate but recognizable flavors into perfect little fried parcels of goodness. YUM-O!
They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. Lots of sandwiches, entrée plates, salads, but the empanadas and the occasional ‘Cuban’ thrown in does it for me, all served up by friendly and helpful staff.
As an added bonus they are BYOB, making it the perfect pick for a cheap and cheerful dinner or lunch option. Check it out for yourself at the Logan Square location.
