The UK has some incredible talent in its kitchens, and St John is no exception with Fergus Henderson cooking up offal as his speciality. In the kitchen no part of the animal goes to waste, this is British food [that normally has a bad reputation] at its best. The seasonal ingredients show case local produce with the menu changing daily. Once they run out it is crossed on the menu and you need to move to your next choice. We popped in here for lunch and ate for hours, we were the first to arrive and the last to leave, we couldn’t stop eating. This is a must visit when in London to get a taste for some of the best of british food – done right!
