Young, old, big, small, hip, geek, student, rock star, lawyer, doctor, regular-joe … I don’t think there is a single person who could experience the Columns Hotel and not fall in love. It’s welcoming staircase greets you with open arms and sweeps you into its charm. People that work here appear to really like their job, and why would they not, they work in the splendor of a beautifully restored and respected Italianate Home turned Hotel. A trip to New Orleans is not complete without a stop here for at least a cocktail [they also serve meals]. It was on everyone’s list when we asked for recommendations, we now know why and we are saying the same.
